Providing our customers with the most efficient and private shipping methods available is at the top of our great customer service list. Since psychedelics are still illegal in most jurisdictions, orders are being shipped discretely and customers details remains undisclosed to any third party hence delivery is reliable and highly secured.

We are happy to ship our quality products to many countries around the world. Before ordering, we gently recommend confirming that your item selection(s) and your country are included in the shipping information. Only orders that are paid in full amount will be shipped, that is order and shipping amount. Orders are shipped via Priority Mail with tracking.

Where we ship;

  • We  ship within and outside the United States hence shipping is worldwide. All shipping addresses are checked before shipping.
  • Make sure that the shipping address you provide is a residential or a company address.
  • Do not use a PO-box, Post-office or pack stations as a shipping address. These addresses cannot be delivered to.
  • Please double check your shipping address when you make an order!
  • Make sure you provide a full namestreet namehouse numberzip/postal codecity and country. (for addresses without postal codes, use 0000)
  • For delivery outside the USA, it is recommended to include your phone number in the checkout form under your address details so the delivery company can contact you if needed.
  • When the order is shipped the address can not be changed.
  • When you make an error in the shipping address, contact us as soon as you can to change it. After the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes. Your order will be returned to us and we can resend it again after you pay the new costs for shipping it again.
  • Regular Tracking Updates; you will receive an email with all the tracking information once the parcel has been shipped from our facilities. You will know where your package is all the time
  • Door to door service: USPS will pick your order in our warehouse and will deliver it to your doorstep.
Packaging

Depending on the degree of discretion you require, we have standard packaging which is free

Shipping is discrete and there is no indication on the outside of the parcel what the contents is.  The packages do not contain invoices, packaging lists or instructions. These are only available in digital format. A copy can be requested at any time.

Note: When shipping outside of the USA, we are obliged to put an invoice on the outside of the parcel that has been generated by courier service.

  • Return Policy

You have the right to return your order (or parts thereof) within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided it is still factory sealed (further exclusions apply).

The return period will expire 30 days after the day that you (or a designated third party other than the carrier) have taken possession of the product. If you have ordered multiple products with varying delivery times in the same order, the return period expires 30 days after the final product of the order has been received.

If there are any problems with your order we will make it right by reshipping a new product or you get refunded.

Please note that any return costs will *not* be reimbursed if the product is returned without prior notification.

Please research on how to micro dose or have a safe trip before hand so you don’t implicate your health status because we feel bad and cause all of us frustration. Our products are of top quality and organically grown for to serve their various purpose respectively.

My order arrived damaged; We do our best to package and ship our products to the highest standards. The full mushrooms are very dry and may break if the parcel is handled violently. If you believe your product has been broken via the mail delivery process, please take pictures immediately and contact us we will reship another.

Refund process

After you have exercised your right to return, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 30 days. If you have returned the product without prior notification, we are not eligible to refund any shipping fees incurred. We may also request a tracking code as proof of return before the payment is refunded.
